Dennis came and did the testing and was informational, if not long-winded. Service came and did the install, noticed a faulty bit and immediately set up for someone to come back and replace it. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Then Nate came by and made sure everything was working, satisfactory, and delivered the soaps. He made sure I knew all the things to look for and expectations for the system.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is due to the soaps used. I have a coconut allergy and all but the glycerin soaps and dishwasher detergent have coconut. But the package comes with concentrated cleaners and those are good. So, they need to look into alternatives. But with the water system in place, my own soaps will be more effective.

Holy smokes - what an eye-opening experience! Michael Cordes came to our home and tested our water, and while we might not have been the worst in the world, the amount of sediment, chlorine, and just other gunk that none of us needs to be drinking or wearing was astonishing. He helped us through the entire process, and I cannot recommend him as a salesperson or this company highly enough. We had our system installed the very next day and are delighted with the difference - you can feel the difference on your skin and taste it in your glass. Don't wait!

Additionally, we wanted to include a shoutout to the plumber, Joe Parker. He handled the installation seamlessly and was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. He even took the time to walk us through how it works, and what we should look for if there are any problems.

Our Skin Is Not as Dry
Erik Pearson was our water tester tech. He sold us on all the benefits of this superior water system. Our water tastes better, our skin is not as dry when taking a shower, I notice our plants inside thrive. Our dog gets better chemical-free water. My dog scratches less, and her coat looks great. I really notice the difference on my skin when traveling. My tea tastes so much better at home. Do yourself a favor and give Hague a call and request Erik. He was so helpful and knowledgeable.

I am pleased with the entire process so far! I got a call one day, and then within 5 days, Carli was out at my house to sell a water softener. Carli demonstrated how it all works and answered all of our questions. It was amazing how well the demo worked, and we decided to put one in our home. We love our water softener system with our reverse osmosis that Hague installed. I am so spoiled on our water from our reverse osmosis that when I travel I take it with me.
