Getting set up for our new system was very easy. Ashley got us all set up and Blake was very nice. We anticipate great service just from this initial contact. Efficient and cleaned up after themselves
Dennis came and did the testing and was informational, if not long-winded. Service came and did the install, noticed a faulty bit and immediately set up for someone to come back and replace it. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Then Nate came by and made sure everything was working, satisfactory, and delivered the soaps. He made sure I knew all the things to look for and expectations for the system.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is due to the soaps used. I have a coconut allergy and all but the glycerin soaps and dishwasher detergent have coconut. But the package comes with concentrated cleaners and those are good. So, they need to look into alternatives. But with the water system in place, my own soaps will be more effective.

Holy smokes - what an eye-opening experience! Michael Cordes came to our home and tested our water, and while we might not have been the worst in the world, the amount of sediment, chlorine, and just other gunk that none of us needs to be drinking or wearing was astonishing. He helped us through the entire process, and I cannot recommend him as a salesperson or this company highly enough.
